Forget everything about overheating vents being blocked, replacing CPU Fans, etc. It is the Motherboard that needs replacing, nothing else! Dell are very much aware of this problem; it is a design fault caused by using the cheapest parts they could find. Particularly in GX270's, a particularly cheap and nasty bit of kit!
Rather than spend millions re-calling all the PC's, they decided to do nothing! Instead they waited in hope until the PC's went wrong and that they were out of their warranty period!

probably just a glitch, unless one of the fan died or something
Nope...need a new motherboard says the computer person at school. Something about 3 'gidgets' burnt and 7 'gadgets' bulging??
It sounds less bad than the "Blue screen of Death." I get that quite regularly.
bulging capacitors?
i had like 12 of those on one board. it was a miracle the thing even worked for three years before it died.
Better than the blue screen of death!
